Cancellation must be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment. If contact is not made 24 hours prior to the appointment you will be charged 50% of the service booked. Late and No Show Policy: You have a 15 minute grace period for being late to an appointment, if you are over 15 minutes late without notice we will reschedule the appointment. Being over 15 minutes late disrupts the amount of time that is allowed to complete the service. No show: If you no show your appointment you forfeit 100% of your service booked. No showing an appointment takes money out of my pocket and a slot away from other clients.
